Hotjar
I use Hotjar to understand how visitors interact with the website through tools such as heatmaps and session replay.
When you allow analytics, Hotjar may collect information about interactions such as clicks or taps, scrolling, cursor movement, page navigation, browser and device information, viewport size and pseudonymous identifiers used to distinguish visits and sessions.
Hotjar does not load unless you have allowed analytics. Hotjar suppresses user input by default, and I do not intentionally enable Hotjar to capture the contents of contact form fields.
I use this information to identify usability issues and improve the website, rather than to identify visitors directly.
