Physio123 was operating five international websites, each with its own design, content and customer journey. Managing them separately made the platform difficult to maintain and created an inconsistent experience between markets.
The ordering process was also heavily manual. Payments were taken over the phone and customer orders were managed through spreadsheets, creating unnecessary admin for both the business and its customers.
I rebuilt the platform around Laravel, bringing the five international websites into a single system while still allowing content to change depending on the market being viewed.
This gave the business one consistent foundation to manage while allowing each version of the website to retain the content and information relevant to its audience.
I also developed a custom, database-driven package builder that allowed customers to configure services and optional extras directly through the website. Pricing, add-ons and package information could be managed centrally rather than being hard-coded into individual pages.
Stripe was then integrated into the checkout process, allowing customers to securely purchase and manage subscriptions online without relying on the previous phone-based payment process.
The finished platform brought five previously separate websites into one maintainable system, creating a much more consistent experience across Physio123’s international markets.
It also transformed the customer journey from a largely manual ordering process into an online experience where customers could configure their package, complete payment and manage their subscription directly through the website.
For Physio123, this meant less manual administration and a platform that was considerably easier to maintain and expand as the business grew.
